Arcor Net 2.0
With a wide network of distributors and points of sale, Arcor called ZENTRICX to redesign the way sales objectives are established in each of them and improve the customer experience.
THE CHALLENGE
The main point was to develop a tool that would standardize the assignment of objectives, their monitoring management, and the control of their compliance. The project involved multiple areas, Commercial, Administration, Systems, Corporate and Marketing. Since there were several areas involved, another challenge consisted of developing approval workflows to systematize the way in which the sales force's objectives were escalated. The objective was to make the interaction of Arcor with your sales force, expanding the reach and optimizing the times for the dissemination of key information for the sale.
THE SOLUTION
A comprehensive platform was developed ArcorNet 2.0 designed to optimize communication circuits between Arcor and its sales force, focused on an application that assigns, manages and controls the sales objectives of distributors of Arcor, and manages the channel discount variables.
THE RESULTS
ArcorNet 2.0 represented for Arcor a leap in quality in the company's commercial management, as well as in communication with its network of distributors throughout the country. The tool VDC (Channel Discount Variability) It allowed him to standardize the way in which sales objectives are assigned, their monitoring, and the control of their compliance, giving him visibility over the entire process.
