Zentricx is an international business and technology consultancy, with a focus on data, innovation and user experience.

1. SITE INFORMATION.
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") applies to the use of the User's personal data, as described below, on the Website published at the URL: https://zentricx.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), provided by ZENTRICX (hereinafter, "ZENTRICX"), whose main function is to offer the User an assessment (information related to training, products and contacts with ZENTRICX) provides sector content ( under an innovative methodology based on practice through certain programs, such as, but not limited to, Full Stack Web Programming, User Experience Design (UX), Data Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, among others) (hereinafter, the service"). Consequently, the Privacy Policy will constitute a valid and binding agreement between the User and ZENTRICX in relation to privacy. 1.4. The provisions of the Privacy Policy will apply to all ZENTRICX Users, whether or not they have entered their Personal Data.
1.5. The provisions of the WORDPRESS Privacy Policy will apply to all ZENTRICX Users, whether they have entered their Personal Data or not. WordPress.org also collects information that could be considered personally identifiable, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

2. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
2.1. ZENTRICX will be the company responsible for the processing of Personal Data that the User provides on the Site, or that is collected or processed on the Site, by, for or through the Services, or in relation to them.
In any case, if the owner of the Personal Data is a visitor to the Site or a User thereof, any collection, use and sharing of information in relation to your Personal Data will be subject to this Privacy Policy, the complementary Cookies Policy and its updates.
2.2. For ZENTRICX the privacy of the User's Personal Data is very important. In the event that the User has any questions about the Privacy Policy, or about the use of the Site or the Service, they should contact ZENTRICX at any time by sending an email to innovacion@zentricx.com.
23. When accessing our site, MAILERLITE's privacy policies apply. MailerLite collects both “Personal Data” and “Non-Personal Data” about you and processes this data.
3. COLLECTION OF USER INFORMATION.
3.1. ZENTRICX processes the Personal Data of the User only with the express consent that the User grants with the acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Likewise, the User accepts that ZENTRICX may collect their information using cookies and tags, as well as the information provided by the User through the forms on the Site when registering and/or using the Service. In the event that a Site User does not wish to accept these cookies, they can configure their browser to give them the option to accept each cookie and reject those they do not want.
3.2. We detail below all the information that ZENTRICX collects:

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
4.1. ZENTRICX treats the User's personal information for the following purposes:
Authorize and manage your access to the Site, verify your identity, authenticate your visits, and provide you with the Service;
Manage, analyze, develop, personalize and improve the Site and the Service;
Provide the Service and its improvements to Users;
Analysis for the purpose of being able to provide Users with the Service.

5. USE OF COLLECTED USER INFORMATION.
5.1. ZENTRICX will use and store the information provided by Users and that collected by ZENTRICX in order to provide the Service and its improvements to Users, trying to adjust to their needs, for the maximum period established by applicable legislation.
5.2. ZENTRICX will keep and use the Personal Data provided by the User during the period in which the latter uses the Site and/or uses the Service in order to provide the best Service. Once the relationship between the Parties has ended, for whatever reason, ZENTRICX reserves the right to keep the information until the end of its processing. Subsequently, ZENTRICX will proceed to destroy the Personal Data.
5.3. ZENTRICX may send its Users notifications, news and news of their interest, in addition to those that have the nature of notifications of an institutional or legal nature for the purpose of offering its Services, as long as it is accepted by the User and he has not exercised his right to opt-out.

5.5. With regard to the processing of personal data of citizens of the European Union, ZENTRICX will abide by the principles and obligations contained in EU Regulation 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (GDPR).
5.6. ZENTRICX will not sell, rent or trade any Personal Data to any third party for commercial purposes. Any person who has provided personal contact information through the ZENTRICX Site may send an email to innovacion@zentricx.com.com in order to update, delete and/or correct their personal contact information. ZENTRICX will respond to said request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving it via email.
5.7. The ZENTRICX Site may contain links to other Internet sites that are not owned by ZENTRICX. Consequently, ZENTRICX will not be responsible for the actions of said internet sites, to which this Privacy Policy will not apply. We recommend examining the detailed privacy policy on those websites to understand the information collection procedures they use and how they protect your personal data.
6. ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.
6.1. Solely to comply with the purposes established in this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of providing the Service, ZENTRICX may disclose the Personal Data and/or personal information of the User, when necessary, to the authorities, ZENTRICX partners and other third parties, as third-party service providers used in connection with the Service, for example to perform marketing, advertising, communication, infrastructure and IT services, to personalize and improve our Service, to process transactions with credit cards or other payment methods . When ZENTRICX contracts with a service provider, it will provide it with the information it will need to perform its specific function, which may include Personal Data and other information that the User provides through the Site. These service providers are authorized to use Personal Data only as necessary to provide their services.
6.2. In some cases, such as the Argentine Republic or the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, personal information may be transferred outside the country to countries with the same or better levels of protection. In the event that personal information is transferred to countries with lower levels of protection, ZENTRICX will make those transfers subject to appropriate safeguards and security measures, such as standard data protection clauses adopted in the respective agreements or approved by the authority applicable law.
6.3. In turn, ZENTRICX may share Users' Personal Data with third parties, with the prior and express consent of the User.
6.4. Regarding the processing of personal data of citizens of the European Union (EU) and/or European Economic Area, it is reported that:
(i) ZENTRICX may transfer the personal data of the Users of the Site and those generated, where appropriate, when using the Site and/or the Service to entities located in the territory of the Argentine Republic, this being a country declared by the European Commission of adequate level of protection in accordance with its Decision 2003/490/CE, of June 30, 2003.
(ii) ZENTRICX may transfer the aforementioned Personal Data to other entities located in third countries that have been declared by the European Commission to have an adequate level of protection or with which agreements have been signed with the appropriate guarantees imposed by the European authorities (for example, Standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission, etc.)
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION.
7.1. ZENTRICX has adopted reasonable security measures to protect User information and prevent unauthorized access to their data or any unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction thereof. The information collected by ZENTRICX will be kept strictly confidential. Access to personal data is restricted to those ZENTRICX employees, contractors, operators, and representatives who need to know such data to perform their duties and develop or improve our Service. ZENTRICX demands the same standards of confidentiality from its suppliers. ZENTRICX does not allow access to this information to third parties outside of ZENTRICX, except at the express request of the User.
7.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, considering that the Internet is an open system, with public access, ZENTRICX cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot eventually overcome security measures and misuse User information. In any case, ZENTRICX maintains security and incident response plans to control incidents related to unauthorized access to the private information it collects or stores.
8. CHANGES IN THE CORPORATE STRUCTURE.
8.1. ZENTRICX reserves the right to transfer the information collected in the event of a sale or merger of ZENTRICX, or an acquisition of ZENTRICX's principal assets, or any other kind of transfer from ZENTRICX to another entity. In this case, ZENTRICX must adopt reasonable measures to ensure that said information is used in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy.
9. MINORS
9.1. Although the Site and/or Service are not directed at minors, in the event that a minor has access to them, their use must be supervised by parents, guardians or legal guardians. The Site and/or Service are permitted only for those who are of legal contracting age and are not legally inhibited or in any way prohibited from exercising legal acts, rights and/or obligations. Given this, minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the Site and/or Service, nor are they allowed to provide any Personal Data or any other type of information.
9.2. Likewise, since minors may not be able to properly understand the Privacy Policy and its implications, nor validly decide on the options available through its Services, ZENTRICX urges all fathers, mothers, guardians or legal guardians, under whose supervision the minors who access the ZENTRICX Service are, to participate actively and carefully in the activities that the minor carries out on the Internet or through the Site, to the online Service used by said minors, to the information to which they access, whether when said minors visit the ZENTRICX Site or any other third-party site, to teach and guide them on how to protect their own personal information while they are browsing the Internet.
10. RIGHTS OF USERS OVER THE INFORMATION.
10.1. . ZENTRICX will try, by all means at its disposal, to facilitate the Users on whom it has collected or stored personal information, access to their Personal Data (“Right of Access”), as well as the rectification, modification or update of the themselves (“Right of Rectification”), or even the cancellation of said personal data (“Right of Removal”), unless ZENTRICX can deny said requests (hereinafter, the “Requests”), in case it is forced or have the right to retain such Data in accordance with applicable law.
- a) For these purposes, the User must send their Request by sending an email with the subject "Access to Personal Data" to innovacion@zentricx.com. ZENTRICX may require said User to identify himself, which may be verified by ZENTRICX, as well as to specify the Personal Data to which he wishes to access, rectify or remove.
- b) ZENTRICX may reject the processing of Requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, that require a disproportionate technical effort, that endanger the privacy of other Users, or that are considered impractical, or for which it is not necessary to access Personal information.
- c) The Personal Data access, rectification and removal service will be provided by ZENTRICX free of charge, except in the event that it requires a disproportionate or unreasonable effort, in which case an administration fee may be charged.
10.2. Likewise, the User authorizes ZENTRICX to use their Personal Data to send communications and advertising materials (such as newsletters and brochures) regarding the activities of ZENTRICX and/or that, at the sole discretion of the latter, could be of interest to the users. Users may request the suspension of said shipments at any time.

10.4. FURTHERMORE, AND BEFORE ANY EVENTUALITY, THE USER IS INFORMED THAT AS HOLDER OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA HAS THE FACULTY TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO THE SAME FREE OF CHARGE AT INTERVALS OF NOT LESS THAN SIX MONTHS, UNLESS A LEGITIMATE INTEREST IS CERTIFIED TO THE EFFECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 14, SECTION 3 OF LAW Nº 25,326 OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. THE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY (IN ARGENTINA, THE AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, CONTROL BODY OF LAW Nº 25,326), HAS THE ATTRIBUTION OF ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS FILED IN RELATION TO BREACH OF DATA PROTECTION RULES PERSONAL.

10.5. With regard to Users who are citizens of the European Union, they may exercise the following rights against ZENTRICX:
Access: You have the right to access your information to find out what specific personal data we are processing.
Rectification: You have the right to rectify any inaccurate Personal Data that we are processing.
Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of those Personal Data that you do not want us to continue processing.
Opposition: In certain circumstances, and for reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to oppose our processing of your Personal Data, in which case we will keep it blocked for the period described above.
Limitation of treatment. You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your Personal Data to those specific purposes that you wish.
Portability: You have the right to receive the Personal Data that you have provided us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, since we transmit it to another data controller other than ZENTRICX.

If considered appropriate, the User can also file a claim with the corresponding control authority.
11.EXCEPTIONS
11.1. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in the Privacy Policy, ZENTRICX may disclose certain personal information of Users, when it believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
Avoid legal liability;
Comply with a legal requirement, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order;
Comply with a requirement of a governmental or regulatory authority; I
Protect the rights, property or safety of ZENTRICX, Users, or a third party.
12. ETHICS LINE / COMPLAINTS LINE
12.1. ZENTRICX offers the User a communication channel to make known anonymously, confidentially and securely the existence of ethical irregularities by any member belonging to ZENTRICX (hereinafter, the "Communication Channel"). ZENTRICX carries out all the necessary measures so that said irregularities do not occur, and because of this, it makes available the Communication Channel later detailed so that the User collaborates with said purpose. For greater detail, we highlight below some examples of irregularities by way of example, so that the User is kept informed:
Economic-financial fraud
Delivery of confidential company information.
Conflict of interests.
Neglect or inappropriate use of the organization's assets.
Inappropriate use of company name, logo and trademarks.
Labor harassment or ill-treatment.
In the event that the User contemplates an irregularity of those mentioned, they should not hesitate to report it. Your report will be handled promptly, confidentially and professionally.
12.2. Said service will be provided by a third party in order to obtain the greatest precision and objectivity possible. This means that the person who will process the personal data and/or information provided by the User once a complaint is made through the Communication Channels detailed below, will be said third parties on behalf of and by order of ZENTRICX. The User understands and accepts that for the purposes of using the Communication Channel, those who will process the data will be said third parties, only for the purpose of making complaints and promoting an ethical and compliance climate. ZENTRICX will process the reported information and forward it to a Committee, which will analyze the implications of the information and the measures to be taken.

13.MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.
13.1. ZENTRICX may modify the Privacy Policy at any time. New versions of the Privacy Policy will be notified by posting said new version on https://zentricx.com/politica-privacidad/ and notified by the means of contact that the User declares in his case.
13.2. The User accepts that they will be notified of any modification to the Privacy Policy once ZENTRICX has published them on https://zentricx.com/politica-privacidad/, and sending the notification through the contact channels declared by the User. The approval of said new version, and that the continuation of the User in the use of the Service once said new version is published, will be considered as acceptance of said modifications to the Privacy Policy.
