CRM Dynamics Implementation
Zentricx was called by Securitas to implement an application that would simplify the research and analysis of potential clients by sales teams, with the aim of reducing search times and improving efficiency in the process.
HE CHALLENGE
For its Security solutions, both in Argentina and in the rest of Latin America, Securitas needed to improve the time invested by its sales teams in researching potential clients.
THE SOLUTION
The tool that Securitas decided to undertake this project was the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the sales area. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM was chosen, in its on-premise implementation.
THE RESULTS
The implementation of the CRM met the objective of improving the user experience, saving efforts and drastically reducing access times to key information. In addition, an environment of cooperation was generated between the sales teams, which facilitated the design of more precise and successful business strategies.
