THE CHALLENGE
Given Medifé's strategy to constantly improve the experience of its customers and the pressure of isolation caused by the pandemic.
Medifé needed to have a Telemedicine platform which would allow it to put the Medifé associate in the center of the scene and be able to provide them with all the services that it had provided until now, without the need to travel.
THE SOLUTION
Working with the Google Cloud teams was really easy and we felt very comfortable since we share the same vision to solve customer problems through technological services, with a common sense of seeking equity and ubiquity in such a sensitive field. like health care.
THE RESULT
The 95% of the patients' needs were resolved in the first video consultation. The demand for telehealth services has increased 200 times compared to the pre-pandemic situation. The level of satisfaction grew to levels close to 5, on a scale of 1 to 5. The maximum wait time for a patient was reduced to 1 minute. The user experience is 20 times faster.
