Arcor Net 2.0

With a vast network of distributors and points of sale, Arcor engaged ZENTRICX to redesign how sales targets are set for each of them and to enhance the customer experience.

THE CHALLENGE

The main goal was to develop a tool that would standardize the assignment of sales targets, track their progress, and monitor their achievement. The project involved multiple departments, including Commercial Area, Administration, IT, Corporate Area and Marketing. As several departments were involved, another challenge was the
creation of approval workflows to systematize the process of escalating sales targets.
The aim was to streamline Arcor’s interaction with its sales force, expanding the scope and optimizing time for spreading key sales information.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a comprehensive platform, ArcorNet 2.0, designed to optimize the communication circuits between Arcor and its sales force. It focused on an application that assigns, manages, and controls the sales targets of Arcor’s distributors and manages
discount variables across channels.

THE RESULTS

ArcorNet 2.0 represented a significant improvement in Arcor’s commercial management and communication with its nationwide network of distributors. The VDC (Channel Discount Variability) tool allowed Arcor to standardize the way sales targets are set, tracked, and monitored, providing visibility across the entire process.
