THE CHALLENGE
Faced with Medifé’s. strategy of continuously improving customer experience and the urgency of isolation caused by the pandemic,
Medifé needed a Telemedicine platform that would place the Medifé member at the center of the scene and provide all the services they previously received without the need for physical presence.
THE SOLUTION
Working with the Google Cloud teams was very easy, and we felt very comfortable since we shared the same vision of solving customers´ problems through technology services, with a common sense of seeking equity and ubiquity in a sensitive field like healthcare.
THE RESULT
95% of patients needs were resolved in the first video appointment. The demand for telehealth services increased 200 times compared to the pre-pandemic situation.
Satisfaction levels grew to near 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. The maximum waiting time for a patient was reduced to 1 minute. The user experience is 20 times faster.
